Long Reef needed to update their public facing website. They found me and we got to work.
Pretty simple little membership website. They have a custom menu that shows "Login" when a user that's not logged in hits the site. If you're logged in, an Owners menu shows up and "Login" changes to "Logout".
They're a smaller condo association, so the general manager handles all the user accounts. When a new owner buys, he makes an account and gets rid of the account for the owner who just sold.
They have the ability to make news posts that are public, private or both, I build them a custom FAQ and a custom Announcements section so the GM can post things to the owner's page like "Pool Updates Next Week". The announcements even have settable time limits so they can simply disappear on their own.
